These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the AFQT mobile app and the website at https://afqt.app, operated by AFQT.

By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must meet the minimum age required by the laws that apply to you to use the app.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on your personal iPhone for personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

  • copy or resell the app,
  • reverse engineer it where law does not allow it, or
  • use it in a harmful or unlawful way.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Premium features may be offered through subscriptions or one-time purchases shown in the app. Prices may vary by country and storefront.

  • All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
  • We do not have access to your payment information.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through Apple in time.
  • You can manage subscriptions through your Apple ID settings.

Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's refund policy. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot process refunds directly.

4. User Content

Any data or preferences you create inside the app remain yours. Most study and quiz data is intended to stay on your device.

Educational use & no affiliation

AFQT is an independent study resource. Our practice questions and score estimates are for preparation only and are not the official ASVAB. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Department of Defense or any branch of the military, and we do not guarantee any particular ASVAB or AFQT result.

5. Intellectual Property

The app, its design, branding, and code belong to AFQT or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.

6. Privacy

Your use of the app is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app.

9. Indemnification

You agree to be responsible for claims that arise from your misuse of the app or your violation of these Terms where the law allows this.

10. Termination

We may limit or end access if the app is misused or if we stop offering the service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AFQT operates, unless a different law applies to you by force.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. The latest version will appear on this page with a revised date.

13. Severability

If one part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the agreement between you and us regarding the app.
